Chicken a la Danoirse – battered chicken breast with parsley mayo, served with rhubarb and vacuum-pickled cucumbers
As well as various homemade bread and butter
Main course:
Roasted veal fillet
Fried young rooster breast
Salad with bulgur, baby spinach, kale, sugar snap peas and green asparagus
Potatoes in chive vinaigrette with onion and pancetta
Coarse tomato salsa with bell pepper, semi-dried tomatoes, red onion, olives and feta
Served with small roasted potatoes
Spiced butter
Mild pepper sauce
Dessert:
Maze cake with peanuts, caramel and chocolate, served with vanilla-pickled pears and chocolate ice cream
