Lyng Dal Hotel & Restaurant is a cozy family-owned hotel and restaurant situated in the outstanding natural surroundings of Gammel Rye, closed to Ry in the middle of Central Jutland. There is a panoramic view of the beautiful garden and the heather covered hills, a view that is visible from all our rooms at the hotel. 

Our passions are our guests, delicious food made from the best local ingredients, and wines selected to compliment our menues. We put creativity at the forefront in our kitchen, but with respect for the classic Danish cuisine.

We think that the world of wine is fantastic, and we love to compose dishes, so that the combination of wine and food enhances the overall experience.

Our restaurant is open Wednesday to Sunday and closed Monday and Tuesday, the restaurant opens at 5.30pm
