You will find menus that are adapted to the season. Reservations are made for some of the ingredients in the dishes, as we always base our decisions on the best seasonal ingredients.
In addition, many of the dishes can be made in the different seasons with slight changes. If you have any wishes that are not stated in our suggestions, we will also be able to accommodate these if the raw materials are available on the market.
